1. Choose excellent light resistance and outdoor durability: because outdoor printed images were attached outdoor on the sun and rain for a long time. Ultraviolet, acid-base, dust and air pollution all influence and damage the images. Therefore, please choose the ink which the light resistance is up to 7 level or over 7 level, and the outdoor durability is up to 5 level while choosing ink of UV inkjet printer.

2. Check the stability: the principle of UV inkjet printer ink is that organic pigments were evenly blended in an organic solvent system. The poor quality of the ink because of poor pigments will make particles of pigment not evenly integrate together with organic solutions, which makes inner structure of ink easily broken up causing some situations such as delamination and sediment, etc. Even though above these situations can be settled by ink shaking machine, it still makes the inner structure of ink separated to damage the images because the temperature varies greatly when UV inkjet printer is working.

3. Choose more expressive and better hue: The hue of ink depends on inkjet printing color of UV inkjet printer. If the hue of ink is good, then the color of images produced by UV inkjet printer will be more brighter and full.

4. Check the quality of raw materials: The quality and price of raw materials depends on the price of ink. The quality of raw materials including purity, PH value, water content, impurities, etc, which the quality of these kind of raw materials have important impact on the lifespan of use for print head.

5. Check the applicability: good metal UV inkjet printer ink is not only hard to block the nozzle, but it can also play a role in maintenance for print head, which avoids the procedure of cleaning print head and avoids the situation that print head is abraded. It prolongs the lifespan of use for print head and reduce the burden of cleaning up the print head.

6. Check some technical parameters of UV inkjet printer ink: Each UV inkjet printer all note what kind of machine suitable for different inks. Therefore, please be careful to compare with some parameters and choose suitable ink while choosing UV inkjet printer ink. Because only choosing suitable ink suitable for UV inkjet printer required can work effectively, and it will not cause the nozzles clogging and other failures. So how can we choose for some technical parameters without remarks? Here are some regulations for your reference as follow:

(1) Printing voltage can not be too high. Or it will damage the print head of UV inkjet printer

(2) The oscillation frequency can not be too high. Or it is not good for print head of UV inkjet printer.

(3) Low-voltage printing and low-viscosity ink is pretty suitable for UV inkjet printer.

7. UV inkjet printer ink is characterized with safety and environmental protection, and it has excellent affinity for the environment. Therefore, UV inkjet inks are less prone to explosion, etc and it can not cause any harmful accident for people.
