Test 2: Shirts made using DTF transfer technology showed no cracking or peeling after approximately 20 washes. This further proved the washability of DTF prints, emphasizing the importance of supplier quality for achieving this result.

Final Outcome: DTF transfers are a good solution for handling small-batch orders, with prints maintaining good quality after multiple washes. However, maintaining the printer and choosing reliable suppliers are necessary.

DTF Washing Instructions:

When washing DTF printed shirts, follow these steps:

Ensure inks are cured for 24-48 hours before washing.

Turn items inside out before washing to preserve prints.

Use cold water to reduce fading and bleeding.

Use mild detergent, avoiding bleach and fabric softeners.

If possible, avoid using a dryer or use a low-temperature setting, opting for air drying.

Avoid direct ironing on prints. Iron from the inside out or use a protective cloth.
