How Direct to Fabric Printer Works?

1) Fabric pre-treatment: Most of the time, you need to coat your material first and wash and steam after printing.

2) Fabric Loading: The prepared fabric is loaded onto the printer, which feature a roll-to-roll configuration.

3) Ink Application: This printer's printhead contains an array of tiny nozzles that precisely deposit droplets of ink onto the fabric's surface. Our sublimation ink or pigment ink is formulated specifically for textile applications, ensuring optimal color saturation and fastness.
