For Example, residual ink on the edge of Eco solvent printer platform or printhead will make white and clean surface of image of printing material doped with other unrelated ink and color. Or if it’s been a long time that residual ink on the edge of printhead or nozzles can’t be cleaned, it will cause the phenomenon of solidifying between ink and impurities to make print head clog, which influences the effect of ink output for Eco solvent printer and some issues such as disconnection, lack of color and color casting, etc. Users also need clean the printhead on regular. So it is not a good choice to ignore the influence of cleaning and maintenance on the surface of machine.   

Finally, There is another problem we need to focus on is that working time of continuous printing for Eco solvent printer is too long. Foe example, If the working time of China domestic Eco Solvent printer is too long, working all night long, then do remember to give some break for Eco solvent printer to rest. And if Eco solvent printer works at one day and night, then Eco solvent printer need at least one hour to rest, which means the Eco solvent printer need stop working. Because no matter what kind of Eco solvent printers, it will release much heat if working time is too long.
