Eco solvent printer is as a large format inkjet printing equipment, we should pay more attention to maintain Eco solvent printer while using. Here are some precautions for better maintenance as follow:

1, The working environment for Eco solvent printer we need to focus on is that Eco solvent printer should place stably and horizontally. We need pay more attention to the temperature and humidity for the working environment. The working temperature of indoor should maintain about 22 centi-degree, which there is some humidity and dust as low as possible.

2, Make a habit of maintenance for Eco solvent printer and clean for the surface of machine. Do maintenance on regular to reduce dust, and ink, etc causing the influence to the machine.

3, Do not forget to turn off the machine while stop using the machine.

4, Do refill in ink in a right way. You must refill ink according to each corresponding ink color on the cartridge. Do not mix the use of ink and avoid filling in wrong ink. Besides, We strongly recommend that clients should use original ink of Eco solvent printer, and do not use poor ink.

5, The machine must be connected with the ground line. The problem of static electricity can not be ignored when air is dry. It will easily cause static electricity while Eco solvent printer is printing the medias such as adhesive materials and PT paper, etc. Especially when the speed of feeding in is faster, which static electricity charge will cause effect of related control board and print head of Eco solvent printer. Therefore, the use of Eco solvent printer need to pay attention to the release of static electricity and protection.

6, You can manually clean the waste ink on the edge of print head and on the platform after the machine usually finishes printing. You can use duster cloth or good quality tissues to suck and wipe it, or it will easily block the nozzles of print head because the waste ink is reacted with the air. Or the residual ink stains on the platform will influence the printing image and damage the normal display while printing.

Above these points, we suggest that Eco solvent printer users should pay more attention to it while using, which effectively ensure normal use of Eco solvent printer, and longer use of lifespan.
