    13. Obvious banding during printing

    Possible reasons: clogging print head, print head was not adjusted to the right position; the media feeding motor settings is wrong or inner screws are loosen or broken; low quality print media. Solutions: try and clean the printhead with cleanser and ultrasonic; readjust the printhead’s position; reset the motor’s setting; change screw and media.

    14. Malposition (Both side of the image is not aligned)

    Possible reasons: The motion parameter of the RIP is wrong; the top cap isn’t at the same level; data flat cable been disturbed. Solutions: Restart the machine after readjusting the motion parameter, adjust the whole level of the machine, and check if the power interfaces with the plug and ground wires contact well.

    15. The printing material can run, but the carriage can’t run

    A
    Possible reasons: The motor wires of printheads are in poor contacting; the 24V power switch can’t work. Solutions: Re-contact the motor wire and change the 24V power switch.

    16. Some white spots appear on the image

    Possible reasons: The printing material can’t absorb ink; the cloth is too wet; the clearing resolution is in the second ink cartridge. Solutions: Change the pritning material; empty the ink of the second ink cartridge then re-supply ink.

    17. The ink backs to the second ink tank

    Possible reasons: The second ink cartridge is too low; the indoor temperature is too high; some air inters the second ink cartridge or the printheads. Solutions: Adjust the height of the second ink cartridge; adjust the indoor temperature(Temperature:20~28℃;humidity:50~65%); check if the connector of the second ink cartridge air leak or change the pintheads.

    18. The ink doesn’t come out from the printheads after starting the machine.

    Possible reasons: The printheads you bought are bad; the ink supply system is irregular; the printheads are damaged by personal reasons. Solutions: Check the serial number of the printheads; check the ink supply system or check if the ink comes out from the printheads; change the new printheads.
