    1. Ensure it is clear enough around the UV flatbed printer. When too much dust in the work environmental, it is easily cause the linear rail guider in poor lubrication. The printhead carriage will stop moving during printing, which cause printing in the wrong place or crashing the printer, also damaged printer or system halted. Therefore, when the printhead didn’t go back to the original place then re-start the printer, the printer will let the printhead go back to its original place firstly, and then do the cleaning process for the printhead, and this will cause some unnecessary ink waste. The common way to solve this problem is remove the dust on the linear rail guider and lubricate it (choose the better brand liquid lubricating oil, like Sewing Machine Oil). 2. Must ensure flatbed platform clear for the UV flatbed printer, don't put anything else on the flatbed platform. All of covers must be closed when printing, which avoid dust enter interior of printer and avoid something stop the carriage moving. Forbid pull out or plug into the electrical cable when printer power on. This way will damage the LPT of the printer and the EPP of the computer; the most seriously will damage the main board of the printer. If the printing output is not clear enough, please try to use the auto cleaning function to clean the printheads. And please pay attention to refill the cartridge, when the ink is use up. 3. Before turn off the LED UV flatbed printer, the printhead must go back to original place(the printhead will go back to the original place automatically when the printer in a suspended state). Why to do this? Firstly, to avoid waste UV ink when start the machine and re-clean the printhead next time, secondly, the printhead can be sealed in the cleaning stack by the protective cover in the original place and let the printhead don’t clog easily. 4. The carriage of the LED UV flatbed printer need be calibrated frequently. The experienced users on LED UV flatbed printer knows that, to improve the printing resolution and quality, which need calibrate the printer after reset the carriage or after change the different printing material. 5. To avoid waste ink or the printer miscount the ink quantity, you’d better don't take off the cartridge. 6. The LED UV cartridge need put on the normal temperature and avoid direct sunlight when the cartridges don’t use for a long time. Because the UV ink will curing quickly in this environment and easily cause clog printheads. Besides, in the low temperature and humid environment, the electric circuit of printhead easily goes wrong. 7. Have to follow the steps in the manual when refill cartridges of LED UV flatbed printer, especially notice some printer must turn on the power. Because after refill the cartridges, the ink will be delivery to the ink system and this process can’t proceed under turning off status, the printer can test the reset cartridges. Moreover, some printers use the inner electronic calculator to calculate the volume of the ink in the cartridges. The printer will alarm when calculator detect UV ink under a certain value. During refill the cartridge, the printer will recover the inner electronic calculator, and then check reset cartridges. 8. The Raster strip of the LED UV flatbed printer should protect well. To avoid locating inaccurately, don’t touch it by hands and anything else, and don’t stain by dust. 9. Preparations: at the backside of the printhead include the drive electric board for drive the printing nozzle, so we need to protect the drive electric board before cleaning, packaging the back side of printhead with the stretch film. First step: Soaking Prepare a small flat plate, and put the printhead into the plate, then inject some special UV cleaning solution for the UV printhead into the plate, the deep is just covering the printing nozzle. Notice that don’t spray any water to the cable plug and the drive board, it will spend about one hour in the first soaking step. Second step: cleaning 1). Sucking the UV cleaning solution on the printheads by printhead tissue, don’t wipe the nozzle under the printheads 2). Repeat above the first step for all printheads, it must use the clean printhead tissue to wipe every printhead 3). If clogging happened on the printhead, put warm distilled water into the plate. Then put the printheads into the plate, the water must under the chip of the printhead. The deep is just covering the printing nozzle. 4). Keep the printheads vertical into the warm water 30 sec., re-test after sucking the printheads. 5). Every printhead need cleaning by using the cleaning solution.(Also can clean the printheads by using the ultrasonic cleaning solution)
