    1. What is requirement for installing UV printer?

    1). Operator shall know how to use simple image software. (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw) 2). Installation room shall be equipped with air confectioner, and keep temperature between 20oC and 28oC, moisture between 40% and 60%. 3). Installation room shall be sealed enough to avoid dust coming inside, the floor shall be flat enough, and space around machine shall be at least 100cm. 4). Installation room shall be equipped with separate single AC 220V power control box, power line shall be at least single stranded 6 mm2, and rated current of air switch shall be at least 40A. 5). It is required to separately embed earth rod for machine, earth rod shall be at least 1.5m below ground. 6). It is required to equip at least AC 220V 10KW voltage stabilizer.( it is better to equip UPS, only as per financial situation) 7). Computer configuration shall be at least: CPU dual core 2.4HZ, internal memory 2GB, discrete graphic card, and hard disk 160GB.

    Possibilities: 1). Maybe distance between carriage and material is bigger. 2). Maybe material surface is dirty. 3). Maybe calibration parameter is not right. Solutions: 1). Adjust distance between carriage and material. 2). Use alcohol to clean material surface. 3). Re-calibrate machine.

    Possibilities: 1). Maybe UV lamp mode is not suitable. 2). Maybe UV lamp intensity is not enough. 3). Maybe shutter is not open. 4). Maybe UV lamp is bad. Solutions: 1). Choose suitable UV lamp mode. 2). Check shutter option. 3). Replace UV lamp.
